01. Who is responsible and what this policy covers
The publisher and controller of the data described in this policy is Tomasz Reszczyński, a private individual operating under the Treso Games brand in Poland. Treso Games is not a company. Postal address: ul. Energetyków 16, 26-600 Radom, Poland. Contact: tresogames@gmail.com.
This is the general privacy policy for Treso Games games and website. It applies to titles linking to this document, including Little Mechanics (Mali Mechanicy), Harbor Unlocked (Portowe Porządki), and Green Valley (Zielona Dolina). Sharing one policy URL does not mean every game and version collects the same data. The common provisions below apply only to features actually present in the relevant release.
Individual game sections identify their audience, platform and differences. Features described as upcoming or planned are not represented as operating in a published app. Distribution is planned in countries supported by Google Play or the App Store. We will update this policy before introducing a feature that changes personal-data processing.
This policy also covers Przygody Bąbla; see the release-specific section below.
This policy also covers Misja Iskra, described in its own section.
This policy also covers Drugi Obieg, described in a separate section.
02. Shared rules for the games
The current games described here do not require a Treso Games account or sign-in and do not offer real-money purchases, chat or publisher-server progress storage. We do not add separate gameplay analytics or automatic crash reporting to our own server. Virtual currency and rewards are not real money.
Progress, unlocks and settings are stored locally in app data. The publisher does not receive that save and cannot restore it from its own server. Having no first-party analytics does not exclude diagnostics performed by an advertising service or app store when those services are used.
Green Valley lets you choose a character and company name. Fictional names are welcome; a real name is not required. These names are part of the local save and game appearance, not data sent to the publisher. The games described here do not request contacts, camera, microphone, photo-library access or precise GPS location. Information voluntarily sent to support is covered under Contact.
03. Second Shine (Drugi Blask) — Android
Second Shine (Drugi Blask) is a restoration game for people aged 16 and over. Updated 6 October 2026: this section describes Android release 0.10.0, package com.drugiblask.restoration. It does not imply Google Play or AdMob approval. Version 0.7.0 used a local ad demonstration without connecting to AdMob.
Before entry, we ask only for confirmation that the player is at least 16, acceptance of the terms and acknowledgement of the privacy policy. We do not request an exact age or date of birth, verify identity documents, or read age from a Google account. The 16+ confirmation and accepted terms version remain on the device. Without confirmation, gameplay and the advertising service do not start. Confirming age is not advertising consent.
There is no Treso Games account, login, chat, real-money purchase or publisher cloud synchronization. Restoration progress, unlocks, completed jobs, language, sound, vibration and graphics settings stay locally. Gameplay works offline; internet is needed for ads, Google forms and the online policy. The app does not request contacts, camera, microphone, photos or precise location. App backup is disabled.
Google AdMob supplies ads through Google Mobile Ads 25.5.0; Google UMP 4.0.0 handles privacy choices. We add no other ad-network SDKs or separate game analytics. A banner occupies reserved space at the bottom during play. An interstitial may appear when continuing from the third completed object, with at least 180 seconds between actual displays. Ads are not displayed during age confirmation. Missing ads, no internet or service errors do not block play. Builds labelled as ad tests use Google's demonstration units.
Since a 16+ confirmation does not distinguish minors from adults, we apply TEEN ad treatment to all admitted players and a maximum ad content rating of T. We do not send exact age or birth date to Google. TEEN is an ad-serving protection setting, not a declaration of exact age. Publisher first-party ID is disabled. Age treatment and content rating do not mean that no technical data is processed.
After local age confirmation, Google UMP updates privacy information at launch and presents a form when required. Ad requests start only when UMP permits them; an update error prevents ads. In the game's privacy settings, players can open and change available Google choices when UMP provides a form. Changing choices discards previously loaded ads. Refusal is never converted into consent.
Google may receive IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, technical app or device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics. These support ad delivery and measurement, diagnostics and abuse prevention. Available identifiers and ad treatment depend on TEEN settings, the operating system, user choices and Google's policies. We do not send our own interest list, player name or progress. The shared sections on AdMob, recipients, transfers, retention and rights also apply.
Resetting the chapter clears progress but keeps age confirmation and privacy choices. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local data. This does not automatically delete information Google previously received. Privacy enquiries and rights requests: tresogames@gmail.com.
Local error and ad-status reports are opened manually in settings. We do not automatically send them to the publisher; players may choose to copy and share a report. Request, load and display counters distinguish missing ads from failures. Five-act progress, discoveries and volume settings stay local.
04. Drugi Obieg — Android 0.3
Drugi Obieg is a recycling business game for people aged 16 and over, Android package pl.drugiobieg.game. This section describes prototype 0.3. The available release 39 uses Google's test ad units. Release 40 uses this game's own AdMob units. Availability of an installer does not mean that Google Play or AdMob has approved the app. Creating ad units alone does not guarantee ad availability.
Before starting, players confirm that they are at least 16, accept the terms and acknowledge the privacy policy. We do not ask for their exact age or date of birth, check identity documents or read age from a Google account. The age confirmation and document version stay locally. Gameplay and ad handling do not start without this confirmation. Confirming 16+ is separate from consent to advertising data processing.
The game requires no account, login or name. It has no chat, progress synchronisation server or separate gameplay analytics. The local save includes business progress, virtual money and diamonds, vehicles, stock, upgrades, tasks, managers, settings and bonus counters. A confirmed ad reward may be recorded on the device so that an interrupted app can grant the bonus only once. The publisher does not receive this save.
Release 40 requires internet access at startup. Android checks a validated connection before loading the game and the 16+ confirmation screen, then again before ad handling starts. No internet access blocks this step; players can connect their phone and retry. Ads, Google forms and online documents also need an internet connection. We do not request contacts, camera, microphone, photos or precise GPS location. App backup is disabled. Players can export and import a save through a selected file on their own request. Exported copies must be deleted separately. Resetting the business does not delete Google's privacy choices. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local data, but not information already received by providers.
The Android app uses Google Mobile Ads 25.5.0 for ads and Google UMP 4.0.0 for privacy choices. We add no other ad network libraries. A banner uses a dedicated space outside the gameplay area. An interstitial may appear during a business report break after at least four minutes of active gameplay; it is not shown during age confirmation or immediately when opening the game. A voluntary rewarded ad can grant a virtual bonus or speed increase described before it starts. The SDK must confirm the reward; closing an ad alone does not grant it. Running the game in a regular web browser does not start the native Android SDK.
After age confirmation, startup checks the privacy state through Google UMP and shows any required form. No ad requests start unless UMP permits them. Available Google choices can be reopened from the game's privacy settings when UMP provides the form. Refusal is not treated as consent and does not block basic gameplay; it may change the type or availability of ads and bonuses that require viewing them. No internet connection or unavailable ads do not result in a false reward.
Because the 16+ confirmation does not distinguish minors from adults, all admitted players receive the TEEN ad protection setting and a maximum content rating of T. Publisher first-party ID is disabled before ad requests. We do not send exact age or date of birth. These settings do not mean that no technical data is processed. Google may receive an IP address and approximate location, permitted identifiers, device information, ad interactions and diagnostics. The shared AdMob sections describe purposes, recipients, transfers, retention and rights. We do not send business progress or our own list of player interests to Google.
Real-money purchases are currently disabled. Managers available for diamonds use virtual resources. Planned Google Play products do not mean that payments work. Before enabling them, we will update the processing description and purchase information. Privacy contact: tresogames@gmail.com.
05. Misja Iskra — Android 1.0.0
Misja Iskra is a mathematics game for children aged 7–10. This description covers Android version 1.0.0, package pl.misjaiskra.game. The game does not require an account, age, name, birth date or email address. It has no chat, real-money purchases or publisher-operated save server.
Completed puzzles, unlocked hints, language, music, volume, sound effects and animation settings are stored locally. We do not send progress to a publisher server. Game assets are bundled and play is available offline; ads require an internet connection. Android app backup and data transfer are disabled in the app configuration. Reading a task aloud uses available speech synthesis, without recording a voice or using a microphone. Any text processing by a system speech service depends on the available engine and its settings.
This release includes Google AdMob using Google Mobile Ads SDK 25.5.0 and Google UMP 4.0.0. It has no other advertising network or separate gameplay analytics SDK. Before initializing ads, all players receive CHILD treatment and a G content limit. We do not use interest-based ads or remarketing. Android advertising-ID permission and AdServices ID, Topics and Attribution permissions have been removed. This does not mean that Google processes no technical data.
Google may process IP addresses, from which approximate location can be inferred, ad and app interactions, diagnostics, and other technical identifiers permitted for the child-directed configuration. Purposes include serving and measuring ads, diagnostics and fraud prevention. Google documents TLS encryption for SDK transmissions. These data categories must be read together with the child protections and limitations above. Google SDK data disclosure.
At startup, UMP checks whether ad requests are permitted. We flag every user as under the age of consent; the app does not ask a child to consent to personalization. Ad requests are made only when UMP permits them. A voluntary rewarded ad unlocks a hint after the SDK confirms the reward. An interstitial may appear when leaving each chapter summary, after 5 puzzles. Unavailable ads do not block normal play or help. Choosing to watch an ad is not data-processing consent or parental consent.
“Start again” removes puzzle progress and unlocked hints. All local data, including language and sound settings, can be removed by clearing app data in Android settings or uninstalling the app. This does not automatically erase information already received by Google. Parents and guardians can contact tresogames@gmail.com about a child's data; do not include unnecessary child information.
06. Przygody Bąbla — Android, test 0.11.0
A game for children and adults. This section covers 1.0.0 (13), package com.tresogames.przygodybabla, with four adventures and 48 levels unlocked through the campaign. There are no game accounts, chat, real-money purchases or publisher-operated save server.
Progress, scores, virtual rewards, outfits, settings and level-completion counts stay on the device. Before advertising services start, the game asks for age in years. The exact number is neither saved nor sent to Google; only an under-18 or adult category is saved. Skipping the question allows play without initializing the advertising SDK.
Google AdMob supplies ads through Google Mobile Ads com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads:24.9.0, within the versions listed in the Families Self-Certified Ads SDK program. Publisher ad units are used. For every under-18 user we conservatively enable child-directed treatment (TFCD), disabling interest-based advertising, remarketing and transmission of the Android advertising ID. This protection does not block contextual ads. All users receive a G content-rating limit. Publisher first-party ID is disabled. No additional mediation networks are used.
Google may process technical data described in the shared AdMob section, including IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), ad interactions and diagnostics. For adults, identifiers and personalization depend on settings, required consent and Google's restrictions. Entering age is not consent. At startup we refresh privacy status with Google UMP and display a consent form when required. UMP receives the under-age-of-consent flag for minors. Google's privacy options are accessible through the game's Privacy and ads settings when UMP requires this entry point.
Optional rewarded ads may allow continuing after failure or getting a maze hint; a reward requires SDK confirmation. An interstitial may appear after every three completed levels. If no ad is available, normal play remains available and the player can restart the level without an ad.
Clear the app's storage in Android to delete local data. This does not automatically delete data already received by Google. Parents and guardians may send privacy enquiries or requests concerning a child's data to tresogames@gmail.com. The shared AdMob, Google Play testing, retention and rights sections also apply. The older 0.11.0-test build only used demonstration ads for adults and did not show production UMP forms.
07. Mali Mechanicy — Android test release 5.4.0
Intended audience: children aged 2–10. This description covers version 5.4.0, package pl.malimechanicy.app.r51.
This version works offline. It has no internet permission, AdMob library or other advertising network. It does not send gameplay data to the publisher or an advertising provider. Graphics, music and other resources are bundled with the app.
Screens labelled as test advertisements are local simulations: they do not download ads, connect to an advertising network or generate advertising revenue.
The device stores stars, unlocked items, completed jobs and their count, language, and music and sound-effect settings. Unfinished actions within the current job may not be preserved. Standard app backup is disabled; the game offers no account or publisher-operated synchronisation between phones.
The upcoming release of Mali Mechanicy will include real Google AdMob advertising. The offline description above applies only to test version 5.4.0. The shared information below about advertising data, recipients and rights will also apply to the release with AdMob. Before that release is made available, we will update its version description, available features and privacy choices.
08. Little Mechanics — iPhone (iOS), upcoming version
Status on 15 September 2026: the iOS version is in preparation; no installable release or TestFlight test has been made available yet. This section describes the plan. Creating Apple Developer and AdMob accounts and ad units does not itself collect data from an iPhone game.
The iOS game is intended for children aged 2–10. We plan a game without a Treso Games account or login, chat, real-money purchases or publisher-operated online progress synchronisation. Stars, completed repairs, unlocks, language and sound preferences are intended to stay in the app's data on the device. We do not plan access to contacts, the camera, microphone, photos or precise location. Contacting support is optional.
We plan Google AdMob: optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads between gameplay activities. For this children's game, the intended model is contextual advertising without interest profiling or tracking across different companies' apps. We do not plan to seek a child's permission for such tracking or access to the advertising identifier IDFA. Non-personalised advertising can still involve the technical data described in the AdMob section.
Before an installable release is made available, we will check the advertising service's actual data and connections, protections for children, available privacy choices, and data storage and deletion. We will then add the release number and verified app behaviour to this section. Until then, this plan is not a statement that advertising has been implemented or approved by Apple.
The same policy address will be accessible within the app and on its App Store listing. A parent or guardian can ask questions or exercise a child's rights by emailing tresogames@gmail.com.
09. Google Play and closed testing
Downloading a game and joining Google Play tests takes place through Google services, also covered by Google’s privacy policy. The publisher does not receive your Google account password.
If access is managed through a tester email list, the publisher processes the supplied email to manage test access. Feedback you choose to send may include text, an email address and attachments. Google Play may provide the publisher with diagnostics and app-performance statistics according to Google service settings. These are used to support testing and improve the game, not for advertising profiles.
Test-access lists are retained while needed for the testing programme and removed when no longer needed; bug materials are kept as long as needed to handle the issue. Correspondence follows the retention period below. The publisher’s basis is its legitimate interest in operating voluntary tests and improving game performance. Requests about our copies can be sent to our contact address; Google sets its own rules for account and store data.
10. Apple services and planned TestFlight testing
The App Store and TestFlight are Apple services, also covered by Apple's privacy policy. The Apple Account used to download or test an app is separate from the game; the publisher does not receive that account's password.
If we begin TestFlight testing, Apple will automatically share crash reports and usage data with the publisher, including app and device versions. Optional feedback may include comments and screenshots. Email invitations can disclose the tester's name and email to the publisher; joining solely through a public link does not disclose them. See TestFlight and privacy.
We will use testing data to evaluate and improve the app, without sharing it with others or using it for advertising. Materials downloaded by the publisher will be kept for as long as needed to handle the relevant test or bug, then deleted. Email correspondence follows the period in “Retention and deletion”. Apple specifies its own TestFlight retention practices in the linked document. Requests about our copies can be sent to tresogames@gmail.com; Apple Account data can also be managed through Apple's Data and Privacy portal.
11. Harbor Unlocked — Android, current 16+ profile
This description covers the new Harbor Unlocked 1.0.0 app, package pl.tresogames.harborunlocked, prepared for Google Play testing, and the 16+ profile in releases 0.6.16–0.6.18 of the earlier package. The new app is not yet publicly released. Older releases are described separately below.
The game is intended for players aged 16 and over. Before entering, players confirm “I am at least 16 years old”. The confirmation is remembered on the device. The game does not request an exact age or birth date, verify documents or read age from a Google Play account. Without confirmation, gameplay and ads remain unavailable. This choice is not consent to advertising-data processing.
For every eligible player, the game sends Google AdMob the TEEN signal. Google describes this as disabling personalized ads and remarketing and applying teen ad-serving protections. Data processing can still occur. The game sends no age in years and does not distinguish teens from adults. The AdMob panel sets the maximum ad-content rating; the new app is set to T. The game does not override that rating or add a separate NPA parameter, TFUA/TFCD or PublisherPrivacyPersonalizationState setting. UMP under-age remains false; entry requires the 16+ confirmation. Google's age-signal explanation.
Google UMP checks whether ads may be requested and presents a form when required. Ads are requested only when UMP permits them. Saved choices are not reset on every launch. Available choices can be reopened in Settings → Privacy and ads. Refusal is not replaced with consent, and tapping a reward button does not grant consent. The Android advertising-ID permission is present, and the SDK enables publisher first-party ID. Their availability and use also depend on SDK restrictions, system settings and privacy choices.
Google may process IP addresses and approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostics and performance, and device or account identifiers for advertising, service analytics and fraud prevention. SDK transmission is encrypted. We add no publisher-operated gameplay analytics or other ad-network libraries. The actual scope depends on protective settings, consent and the device. Google's SDK data disclosure.
Internet access is required. The game checks Android network status without reading a Wi-Fi name or password or using a publisher server. Progress, settings and the age confirmation remain local. There is no game account, chat, real-money purchase or server synchronization. App backup and system transfer are disabled. The new package is a separate installation and does not automatically transfer progress from the older package. Clearing data or uninstalling removes the local save.
An optional rewarded ad can provide a hint, two extra moves or an undo. A reward is granted once and only after SDK confirmation. An interstitial may appear after every three completed levels when ready. An unavailable ad or error does not block further gameplay; an unavailable interstitial is skipped. Consent does not guarantee ad availability.
The “Ad status” screen shows diagnostics held in the current session's memory. The report is not automatically sent to the publisher. “Copy report” puts it on the clipboard so the player decides whether to share it. It contains no exact age, birth date or device advertising ID.
12. Harbor Unlocked — earlier Android 0.6.13 profile
Audience: ages 13 and over. This description covers release 0.6.13, prepared for Google Play closed testing, package pl.tresogames.harborunlocked.prototype.
On first launch you choose a language and enter your age in years. That number determines a group: under 13, 13–17 or 18 and over. Your exact age is neither saved nor transmitted; no birth date is requested. Only the group stays on the phone and can be corrected in settings. Under-13s cannot enter the game or start ads. Earlier “under 9” and “9–12” choices remain blocked as “under 13”. The game does not read your age from a Google Play account.
Internet access is required. The game checks Android network status independently of ad availability, without reading the Wi-Fi name or password or contacting a publisher server. Losing connectivity pauses play; reconnecting allows continuation. Music and graphics are bundled with the app.
Progress stays on the phone: scores, stars, upgrades, the current board and last action available to undo, extra moves, language, audio settings, selected ship, daily challenges, rewards and the completed-board counter. There is no game account or publisher-operated server sync. App backup and system transfer of its data are disabled.
The game uses the publisher’s Google AdMob units. In 0.6.13, eligible players share default SDK request settings. The game does not force the non-personalized-ad parameter or its own maximum content rating; the AdMob panel sets the rating. It sends no separate CHILD/TEEN or TFUA/TFCD designation, and the UMP under-age parameter remains false. A content rating does not establish the player’s age or replace consent.
The first reward request in each session updates privacy status through Google UMP. A Google form appears if UMP requires a choice. When the library permits ad requests, the game loads and shows an ad for that same request. Updates do not reset saved choices. Tapping a reward button does not itself grant consent. Personalization depends on privacy choices, device settings and Google’s processing. Refusal is never replaced with consent. Controls are available in Settings → Privacy and ads; changing choices is offered according to UMP status.
An optional rewarded ad can provide one hint, two extra moves after the move limit is reached, or undo the last action in current gameplay. A reward is granted only after SDK confirmation, once for that presentation. Closing without a reward grants nothing. A full-screen ad may appear at a transition after every three completed boards if ready and privacy handling permits ad requests.
An unavailable ad or service error does not block further play. An unavailable interstitial is skipped. Without an available video, a new ad reward cannot be earned. Consent does not guarantee an available ad. Devices designated for testing may receive test ads.
From 0.6.13, the Android advertising-ID permission and advertising-service permissions supplied by the SDK are present; publisher first-party ID is enabled after SDK initialization. Identifier availability also depends on the system and privacy choices. AdMob data and processing purposes are described in the next section.
“Ad status” displays the game version, internet and consent status, age group, request settings, counters and limited Google response/error details. The report stays in session memory and is not automatically sent to the publisher. “Copy report” places text on the phone clipboard so you decide whether to share it. It contains no exact age, birth date or device advertising ID.
Earlier releases: 0.6.8–0.6.12 had different ad settings for ages 13–17 and adults, restricted identifiers and forced content ratings in the game. 0.6.9–0.6.11 also forced non-personalized requests for adults. 0.6.5–0.6.6 used Google demo units, as did the separate 0.6.8-device-test APK. Advertising was disabled in 0.6.3–0.6.4. 0.6.2 used test ads without a consent screen. Earlier 0.6.6–0.6.7 targeted ages 9+ and could block play if no ad was available. Describing the new release does not alter older installed versions.
13. Harbor Unlocked — iPhone (iOS), version 1.0
iOS version 1.0 is being prepared for testing and Apple review. This section describes its configuration; it does not mean the game is already available on the App Store. Bundle identifier: com.tresogames.harborunlocked. The Android description above remains separate.
The game is for players aged 13 and over. After choosing a language, you enter your age in years. That number is used only to select a group; we do not store it, request a birth date or send the number to Google. Only a group is stored locally: under 13, 13–15, 16–17 or 18+. This is the player's declaration, without document verification or reading age from an Apple Account. The group can be corrected in settings. An age below 13 does not unlock the game or ads.
For ages 13–15 we send Google the under-age-of-consent protection signals (CHILD for ads and under-age for UMP), and publisher first-party ID remains disabled. For ages 16–17 we send TEEN. Adults use the default age signal. Google receives the relevant designation, not the exact age. The maximum ad-content rating T is set in AdMob; the game does not override it. An ad-content rating does not replace consent or age protections.
The game uses Google AdMob and Google UMP. A reward request checks privacy status and presents Google's form when required. Ads can be requested when UMP permits them. Choices are not reset on every launch. Privacy options can be reopened in settings when UMP requires them. Tapping a reward button is not itself consent to data processing.
Adults may receive Apple's separate system tracking-permission request. Declining does not block gameplay or ads eligible without that permission. Known minors are not asked for ATT permission. Access to Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) depends on permission and iOS settings. Publisher first-party ID is enabled for the 16–17 and 18+ groups subject to SDK restrictions; this is not permission for cross-app tracking. Changing the age group invalidates previously loaded ads.
Rewarded ads are optional and can provide a hint, two extra moves or an undo. A reward is granted once after SDK confirmation. Interstitial ads may appear between completed boards. An unavailable ad does not block further play; a new ad reward requires a completed ad. Consent does not guarantee ad availability.
Connections to Google may transmit IP address and approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad and interaction data, crashes and performance data. Uses include ad delivery and measurement, service analytics and diagnostics; availability depends on age, choices and device settings. We add no other advertising-network libraries or publisher-operated gameplay analytics. See AdMob's iOS data disclosure and the shared advertising rules below.
There is no game account, chat, real-money purchase or synchronization server. Progress, settings and the age group stay in the app's local data. Internet access is required; an iOS system function checks connection status without reading a Wi-Fi name or password. The game does not request camera, microphone, photos, contacts or precise location. Local data can be removed by deleting the app with its data; merely offloading it keeps the data. System backups follow Apple settings. If you choose to copy and send an ad report to support, you share its diagnostic information; it is not automatically sent to the publisher.
14. Green Valley (Zielona Dolina)
Audience: ages 13 and up, including minors. This describes the prepared Android release 0.9.1 (17), package com.tresogames.greenvalley. It does not mean approval by Google Play or AdMob. The older com.tresogames.greenvalley.test package is a separate app without automatic progress migration.
No game account is required and ordinary gameplay works offline. Character and company names may be fictional. Progress, virtual money, equipment, contracts, portfolio, multi-visit projects, savings goals, client relationships and settings remain on the device. Before-and-after images are generated inside the game, not retrieved from your photo library. Company export and import use a JSON file selected by the player. Exported copies must be deleted separately. App backup is disabled; clearing app data or uninstalling removes local saves.
In the current profile, after choosing a language, the player enters their age in years to determine an age group: under 13, 13–17 or 18+. The exact number and date of birth are not saved or sent to Google. The group stays on the device and can be corrected in settings. We do not obtain age from a Google account. The under-13 group does not start gameplay or advertising. An age declaration is not advertising consent.
Google AdMob selects the ads. The 13–17 group includes users below the age of independent consent in some countries. We therefore conservatively send AgeRestrictedTreatment.CHILD to Google Mobile Ads and under-age-of-consent=true to Google UMP for the whole group. These are protection signals handled by Google, not our own blocked-ad list. Declared adults use UNSPECIFIED and UMP under-age=false. The SDK does not override ad-content categories or advertiser blocks set in AdMob; we do not add a separate NPA parameter or our own personalization override. Google's signals can restrict personalization and ad availability; they do not mean that no technical data is processed.
At the first rewarded-ad request in a session, Google UMP updates privacy information. A form is shown when Google requires it; with the protective under-age signal, UMP does not request personalization consent. Ads are requested only when UMP indicates canRequestAds=true. Saved Google choices are not reset. Available privacy choices can be reopened in ad-privacy settings; changing the age group or privacy choices invalidates loaded ads. Pressing a reward button is not consent to data processing or parental consent.
The store release uses this game's own AdMob units, Google Mobile Ads 25.4.0 and UMP 4.0.0, with no other ad-network libraries or our own gameplay analytics. Google may process IP address and inferred approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and permitted device or account identifiers for ad delivery and measurement, service analysis and fraud prevention. SDK transmission is encrypted. Publisher first-party ID is enabled only after SDK initialization; its actual use depends on age protection, privacy choices and Google's restrictions. Shared sections below describe recipients, transfers, retention and rights.
Optional rewarded ads can unlock the third contract with double earnings, a boost, equipment rental, doubled ordinary earnings or cancellation without a deduction. Rewards are granted once and only after SDK confirmation; dismissal alone gives no reward. Bonus contracts cannot receive a second ×2 multiplier. An interstitial may appear between jobs after every third completed contract, only when ready and UMP permits ads. No internet, no available ad or an error does not block ordinary gameplay or generate a false reward. Integration checks use test ads. Consent does not guarantee an available ad.
This 0.9.1 description does not change older installations. The earlier 0.8.0 profile did not ask for age and applied protective signals to everyone. Individual releases can have different settings. Privacy contact: tresogames@gmail.com.
15. AdMob: data, purposes and consent
All Treso Games titles are intended to include Google AdMob advertising. The shared advertising-data rules apply to releases with an active AdMob service. Each game’s section separately describes the current test release.
Google’s documentation lists IP addresses and inferred approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers such as Android advertising ID and app set ID. Purposes include ad delivery and measurement, service analytics and fraud prevention. Data availability depends on the library version and configuration, operating system and privacy settings. Google’s advertising data information.
Non-personalised ads can use contextual information and identifiers for frequency capping and reporting. They do not mean that no data is processed or that consent is automatically unnecessary. Where the law requires consent for storing or accessing information on a device or processing advertising data, consent must precede those operations. This includes applicable requirements in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Non-personalised ads explained and Google’s user consent policy.
Google acts as a separate controller for AdMob under its terms. See the publisher’s and Google’s roles, Google’s privacy policy and data from apps using Google services.
We do not bundle additional third-party ad-network libraries. AdMob can nevertheless use advertising partners; the selected list and information about their processing are available in the Google form. This list may also apply to non-personalized ads. Version 0.6.13 uses the publisher’s own ad units; versions 0.6.5 and 0.6.6 use Google demo units. Advertising partners; Google test ads.
Planned iOS integration: Google's documentation describes possible processing of IP addresses, approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad interactions, crashes and performance. Purposes include ad delivery and measurement, and diagnostics. These are the library's capabilities, not confirmed collection by the unreleased app. The final description will depend on its verified configuration: AdMob data on iOS.
The Harbor Unlocked sections above describe advertising configuration for each release, including identifiers and Google UMP choices.
The integrations currently described use Google AdMob without additional third-party ad-network libraries. Google advertising partners and available choices are presented through Google messages where applicable. Age and privacy configuration differs between games and is described in each title’s section. 16. Children and guardians
Mali Mechanicy is intended for children aged 2–10. The statement about no internet transmission applies only to the Android 5.4.0 release described above; the planned iOS version has a separate section. The current Android profile of Harbor Unlocked is intended for ages 16+; the earlier 13+ profile is described separately. A Google Play content rating, a game’s intended audience and the age at which someone can give their own consent are different matters. Being 13 does not mean a user can independently give every type of consent in every country.
We do not ask children for contact details. A parent or guardian can report a concern, request information or exercise a child’s rights by emailing tresogames@gmail.com. Include the game’s name and a description of the issue; do not send unnecessary information about the child. Local saves can be deleted on the device as explained below.
In earlier releases, choosing an age group in Portowe Porządki was not parental consent. Version 0.6.8 uses protective ad settings for under-18s and does not show them the adult consent form. Changing the age group invalidates previously loaded ads. Advertising remains disabled in older versions 0.6.3 and 0.6.4.
On iOS, Google's consent message does not replace Apple's system permission for tracking or any required parental consent. We will not treat a child's choice as permission for advertising profiling. The planned iOS game's advertising settings must respect protections for children; a G ad-content rating alone does not establish compliance with Apple's rules for children's apps.
Green Valley is intended for ages 13+. Profile 0.9.1 stores an age group locally, without the exact number of years. The whole 13–17 group receives Google's CHILD treatment and UMP under-age-of-consent signal. Confirming age or starting an ad is not parental consent. An ad-content rating does not determine adulthood or capacity to consent.
17. Website and cookies
The website presents Treso Games, its games and this policy. It is public and requires no sign-in. It has no forms, advertising, publisher analytics, embedded videos or external fonts. The site’s code sets no cookies and stores no data in browser storage. The language switch opens a separate page.
Hosting is provided by Sites/OpenAI with Cloudflare infrastructure. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing IP addresses and technical request information, such as the requested address, time, browser or operating-system details and traffic information. Treso Games’ code does not create visitor profiles.
Cloudflare infrastructure can set the security cookie __cf_bm, which has been observed on this website. It helps detect automated traffic and expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. Other infrastructure protections may depend on connection conditions. You can delete or block cookies in your browser; blocking certain protections may impair access. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation. Cookie expiry is not the retention period for server logs.
The publisher’s legal basis for processing necessary to deliver and protect the website is the legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
18. Contact and legal bases
When you email tresogames@gmail.com, you provide your sender address, message and any attachments. Providing information is voluntary; a return address and explanation are needed for a reply. Contact takes place through Gmail, outside the website. On the Treso Games side, only Tomasz Reszczyński has access to the mailbox.
Correspondence is used to answer and handle your enquiry on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Meeting legal obligations, including handling GDPR requests, relies on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Operations requiring consent rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; sending an ordinary enquiry is not consent to advertising or marketing.
Do not send passwords, identity documents or information unnecessary for handling your enquiry. We do not use correspondence to create advertising lists.
19. Retention and deletion
- Progress and settings: remain on your phone until the app’s data is deleted. In Android settings, select the app, open its storage settings and choose “Clear data” or “Clear storage”. You can also uninstall the game. Deleting data removes local progress. Option names and data-transfer tools may behave differently across phones.
- Correspondence: we keep it for 6 months after the matter is closed, then delete it. This period applies to correspondence under the publisher’s control, not every technical copy held by a service provider.
- External service data: retention depends on the data category, the purposes of providing and securing the service, and legal requirements. Google and hosting providers apply the periods or criteria described in their policies. See Google’s data retention information, OpenAI and Cloudflare, section 11.
Uninstalling a game does not automatically delete data already received by providers. To request deletion of data handled by Treso Games, email our contact address. No account is required. Requests about data a provider processes independently may also be sent directly to that provider.
iPhone: once the installable version is available, local data can be removed by deleting the app together with its data in iPhone storage settings. Merely offloading the app (“Offload App”) keeps its documents and data. See Apple's device-storage information. System backups can be governed by separate Apple settings; we do not claim they are disabled in the unreleased iOS version. The exact behaviour will be checked before testing.
20. Recipients, transfers and security
Recipients in connection with these services may include Google (Gmail and AdMob in game releases using AdMob), OpenAI (Sites hosting), Cloudflare (website delivery and protection infrastructure), and companies supporting those services. This does not mean they receive data from the offline game. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.
Providers may process data for their own purposes described in their policies; processing on a customer’s behalf is governed by the relevant service terms. Cloudflare distinguishes, for example, its own processing of network data from its processing of customer logs and transmitted content on a customer’s behalf. The contact for processing by Treso Games remains the one given at the start of this document.
International services may process data outside Poland and the EEA, including in the United States. Providers describe their transfer mechanisms and safeguards, including adequacy decisions, applicable data protection frameworks or standard contractual clauses: Google, OpenAI, section 10, and Cloudflare, section 7. Information or a copy of relevant safeguards can be requested through the privacy contacts in those documents or through us.
The website uses HTTPS, and Google describes TLS encryption for advertising-service data in transit. Game saves are stored in the app’s data on the device. Protect access to your phone with a screen lock; we provide no additional encryption of local game saves. Opening a store or another external service is also subject to that service’s policies.
Apple processes data for its own App Store, Apple Account and TestFlight services under its privacy policy, which also describes retention and international transfers. In planned TestFlight tests, the publisher may receive the data described in the separate section above. Planned AdMob use on iOS may involve sending data to Google; this does not mean that the unreleased version already does so.
21. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion and restriction of processing. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its legal conditions are met. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Send requests to tresogames@gmail.com, naming the game or website and explaining the matter. We respond within the deadlines required by applicable law; for GDPR requests, normally within one month. If a permitted extension is necessary, we will explain it and the reason within that period. Any necessary identity verification will be limited to essential information.
You can complain to the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office at uodo.gov.pl, or to the competent data protection authority where you live or work. Your country’s law may provide additional rights. We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on users.
22. Policy updates
Last updated: 7 October 2026. This document is available in Polish and English. Shared rules are supplemented by the descriptions of individual games and releases.
Before adding a game or materially changing data processing, we will publish an appropriate update at the same address. Where additional notice is legally required, we will provide it accordingly. An updated text does not replace consent where consent is necessary. Links to providers’ documents appear alongside the relevant topics.
